Terms & Conditions
REBL
Effective Date: December 30, 2025
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of REBL's websites, patient portal, and telehealth services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
1. About REBL
REBL operates a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for remote medical evaluation and treatment when clinically appropriate.
REBL is not a pharmacy and does not dispense medications.
2. Not for Emergencies
The Services are not intended for medical emergencies or urgent conditions. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or seek care from the nearest emergency department. Do not delay emergency treatment based on information obtained through REBL.
3. Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:
- •Be 18 years of age or older
- •Be physically located in the United States at the time of service
- •Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- •Not be prohibited from receiving healthcare services under applicable law
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. State Availability & Location Requirement
REBL's telehealth services are available in all U.S. states, subject to provider licensure, applicable state and federal law, and treatment-specific regulations.
You must be physically located in the state you report at the time of your telehealth visit. If you are not located in an eligible state, care may be declined, postponed, or rescheduled. Availability of specific treatments may vary by state.
5. Telehealth Services & Limitations
Telehealth involves the use of electronic communications to provide healthcare when you and the provider are not in the same physical location.
You acknowledge that:
- •Telehealth may not be appropriate for all conditions
- •Providers may determine that in-person care, laboratory testing, or emergency services are necessary
- •Telehealth does not replace an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider
You agree to follow provider recommendations, including seeking in-person care when advised.
6. Medical Decision-Making & Prescriptions
All medical decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare providers based on their professional judgment and applicable law.
You understand and agree that:
- •No prescription is guaranteed
- •Medications are prescribed only when medically appropriate following a provider evaluation
- •Completing an intake, enrolling in a program, or paying for services does not guarantee diagnosis, treatment, or medication
- •Prescriptions are issued only after a valid provider–patient relationship is established as required by law
Patients may not select or order prescription medications prior to provider evaluation.
7. Pharmacy Fulfillment & Patient Choice
If a provider issues a prescription:
- •You may request that it be sent to a pharmacy of your choice, or
- •You may elect to have it fulfilled by a licensed partner pharmacy
Prescription fulfillment is handled by third-party pharmacies that operate independently of REBL and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Pharmacy Partners
When a licensed healthcare provider issues a valid prescription, medications may be dispensed by one of REBL's licensed pharmacy partners or by a pharmacy selected by the patient, where permitted by law.
